Tiger 3 - Turkish towels rock

Tiger 3 is way better than Jawaan (2023)- that should suffice as an one line review. The latest entry in the YRF Spy Universe after Pathaan (2023) and continuing from the events of Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), continues the story of Tiger (Salman Khan) and Zoya (Katrina Kaif). A shadow of doubt is cast on their idyllic world in Austria by ex ISI agent Aatish Rehman (Emraan Hashmi) leading to globe trotting adventures in St Petersburg, Istanbul and Islamabad. In a storyline sure to set bhakt hair on fire and get their tighty whities twisted into knots, RAW and ISI join forces to help democracy flourish in Pakistan over military rule (hey, one is allowed to dream in fiction isn’t it?). The action set pieces are pretty good, the worst kept secret cameo special appearance is fun, but the best action sequence is Katrina battling a Chinese female agent in a Turkish hammam - Turkish towels never looked so luxuriantly good and kudos to their ductile strength and adhesive capabilities 😇

The Avengers style end credit scene has an appearance by the 3rd agent in the universe so stick around for that after the final song “Le ke prabhu ka naam” shot in the Cappadocia region of Turkey. After the series of debacles of the last few years from Bhai, with this one at least one can say Tiger Abhi Bhi Zinda Hai.
